Full Wedding Planning

For the bride who’s ready to hand over the reigns and let us bring her vision to life, our Full Wedding Planning package takes care of every detail—from the big picture down to the tiniest finishing touches. We’ll work together to craft an event that’s entirely bespoke, effortlessly luxurious, and perfectly planned. All you have to do is show up.

What’s Included:

    • Includes the start of your JBE Wedding File and an in-depth consultation with the bride and groom discussing an overview of the wedding

    • Unlimited email and phone access

    • (2) Walk-through appointments of your venue

    • Wedding budget tracker

    • At least (5) in-person planning meetings between planner and client (if applicable)

    • Assistance with site tours, selection, and booking of ceremony & reception venues

    • Keeping you on track throughout the entire planning process

    • Complete control of the schedule & timeline of vendors and when tasks must be completed

    • Gathering proposals & planning from the appropriate vendors that are best suited for your personality and style (maximum of 3 vendors per category)

Event Design & Style Package

For the “Decor” Bride and Groom who want a picture-perfect wedding. Every design element is curated with intention and executed flawlessly.

Design is at the heart of an unforgettable celebration. Whether you envision a modern, romantic, or uniquely themed wedding, this package ensures a seamless and visually stunning event tailored to your vision. From selecting specialty linens and rentals to orchestrating lighting and ambiance, every detail is thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.

    • Includes the start of your JBE Wedding File and an in-depth consultation with the bride and groom to discuss the wedding overview

    • Unlimited email and phone access during business hours

    • (2) Walk-through appointments of your venue

Day of Coordination

For the OCD Bride who spends endless hours planning every detail and wants to be stress-free on the wedding day! We work with your venue and vendors to ensure that all logistical aspects are coordinated and organized seamlessly on the day of your event.

What’s Included:

    • This package starts two months prior to your wedding to relieve stress

    • Unlimited phone and email access starting two months before the wedding

    • Creation of a detailed day-of timeline, covering morning preparations, ceremony, and reception

    • Submission of the timeline to vendors prior to the wedding

    • Acting as a liaison between all vendors to confirm the timeline and all event details

    • Submission of all necessary paperwork to vendors the week of the wedding

    • On-site coordination with the bride and bridal party on the wedding morning

    • Fully equipped with an “Event Day Emergency Kit”

    • Handling of any emergencies that may arise throughout the day

    • Ensuring all personal flowers, flower girl bouquets, and groomsmen boutonnières arrive at the scheduled location

    • Assistance with wardrobe changes for the bride and bridal party

    • Providing support for the couple and their families to ensure they enjoy every moment of the day

    • Overseeing the bride to ensure she looks picture-perfect for all photo opportunities

    • Ceremony rehearsal on the day of the wedding, including choreography of the processional and recessional

    • Guiding the wedding party on their roles and responsibilities for the day

    • Ensuring all vendors load in and set up to perfection

    • Setting up small details from the drop-off appointment with the venue

    • Acting as the main point of contact for all vendors on-site

    • Managing the evening timeline to ensure the reception flows smoothly

    • Distribution of gratuities or vendor payments as needed on the day of the wedding

Partial Off-Premise Planning

Are you hosting your special day at a private residence or planning a tented wedding? Let us handle all the logistics, from electrical needs to staffing and rentals, as we build your venue from the ground up.

What’s Included:

    • At least five comprehensive planning meetings between the client and planner

    • Assistance in complete budget creation for off-premise vendors, including caterer, tents, tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, staffing, bar, lighting, specialty rentals, linens, and outdoor toilets

    • Three site tours included

    • Coordination with vendors to ensure services and products are provided in a timely manner

    • Ongoing updates and consultations regarding vendor services and products

    • Managing vendor arrivals and finalizing all vendor details in the month, week, and day before the wedding

    • Email and call vendors to confirm all arrangements one month, one week, and one day prior to the event

    • Disbursement of all vendor gratuities and final payments on the wedding day

    • Design and preparation of itineraries and timelines for vendors and the wedding party

    • Final meeting covering all details with the client one month and one week prior to the wedding
